Hitchen Self Reservation Summary:
REQUIRED ACTION: Completion of the Room Condition Form (Pre-Usage & Post-Usage) are a requirement to utilize the Hitchen. Use this link to access the form: https://forms.gle/xUazvkTkHnmd3hDT8 or use the QR code located throughout the Hitchen.
Failure to Complete the Room Condition Form (pre & post usage), comply and with Residential Life Policies, and maintain the Hitchen can result in a Cleaning Fee and/or participation in the Conduct Process

Hitchen Reservable Hours are: 10am-10pm daily.
No same day reservation or double reservation within the same day will be accepted in order to ensure all residents have this resource available to them.
For Weekday Reservations (M-F), you will need to submit your request via the Self-Service form 24 hours in advance.
For Weekend Reservations (SAT & SUN), you will submit your request via the Self-Service form due by Friday's at 10am.
Reservation is for the use of the sink, stove, oven, and kitchenware. Reservation does not include exclusive use of the Hitch multi-purpose room and is not bookable for events.

Key Pickup & Drop OFF
Hitchen key will be available for pickup and returned at the Hedrick Front Desk.

No distribution of food, no posting signs, no fundraising or sales. You may have only one room reserved per day and only two upcoming reservations maximum.
