No distribution of food, no posting signs, no fundraising or sales. You may have only one room reserved per day and only two upcoming reservations maximum.

• De Neve Meeting Rooms
  Rooms for 2-10 people. Great for small meetings and study sessions. Reservations are only available to current on campus residents and will be checked by De Neve front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• Gayley Heights
  Rooms for 2-10 people. Great for small meetings and study sessions. Building access and reservations are only available to Gayley Heights residents.
• Hedrick Movement Studio
  Large studio for dance and group movement for 5-30 people. Do not add any additional tables or chairs. Reservations must be made by a current on campus resident and will be checked by Hedrick front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• Hedrick Music Rooms
  Rooms for 1-4 people bring instruments and jam. Reservations are only available to current on campus residents and will be checked by Hedrick front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• Hedrick Study Rooms
  Study rooms for 1-5 people. Whiteboards for collaboration. Reservations are only available to current on campus residents and will be checked by Hedrick front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• Olympic Study Rooms
  Four group study rooms for 2-5 people. Display and writable wall for collaboration.
• Rieber Study Rooms
  Four group study rooms for 1-5 people. Whiteboards for collaboration. Reservations are only available to current on campus residents and will be checked by Rieber front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• Sproul Music Rooms
  Rooms for 1-4 people. Bring instruments and jam. Reservations are only available to current on campus residents and will be checked by Sproul front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• Sproul Study Rooms
  Group study rooms for 1-5 people. Whiteboards for collaboration. Reservations are only available to current on campus residents and will be checked by Sproul front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• The Study at Hedrick
  Four group study rooms for 1-5 people. Display and writable wall for collaboration. Reservations are only available to current on campus residents and will be checked by Hedrick front desk when arriving for your reservation.
• Southwest Apartments: Tipuana, Laurel. & Palos Verde
  Rooms for 2-10 people. Great for small meetings and study sessions. Building access and reservations are only available to Southwest Apartments (Tipuana, Laurel, & Palos Verde) residents.
• LC STUDIO
  - The DeNeve LC Recording Studio is available to UCLA Students for class projects and creative efforts. This staffed facility provides access to Instruments (Electric guitar, electric bass, acoustic guitar, bongos, cajon, and more), Recording Resources (music production, podcasting, photography, and videography equipment & software) and peer-to-peer learning opportunities. - Subject to daily and weekly reservation limits. - Learning Center Consultants (LCCs) will be onsite to assist you with setup on your projects and provide training & guidance. LCC Team Members do not record your work but will remain in the studio space to supervise your reservation. For questions regarding LC Studio reservations, please contact: LAB@orl.ucla.edu
• Hitch Kitchen
  Hitchen Self Reservation Summary: REQUIRED ACTION: Completion of the Room Condition Form (Pre-Usage & Post-Usage) are a requirement to utilize the Hitchen. Use this link to access the form: https://forms.gle/xUazvkTkHnmd3hDT8 or use the QR code located throughout the Hitchen. Failure to Complete the Room Condition Form (pre & post usage), comply and with Residential Life Policies, and maintain the Hitchen can result in a Cleaning Fee and/or participation in the Conduct Process Hitchen Reservable Hours are: 10am-10pm daily. No same day reservation or double reservation within the same day will be accepted in order to ensure all residents have this resource available to them. For Weekday Reservations (M-F), you will need to submit your request via the Self-Service form 24 hours in advance. For Weekend Reservations (SAT & SUN), you will submit your request via the Self-Service form due by Friday's at 10am. Reservation is for the use of the sink, stove, oven, and kitchenware. Reservation does not include exclusive use of the Hitch multi-purpose room and is not bookable for events. Key Pickup & Drop OFF Hitchen keys will be available for pickup at the Hitch ORL office from 10am-5pm - Monday-Friday.
